The hotel is set in a beautifully renovated former Victorian warehouse, featuring original brickwork, high vaulted ceilings and industrial details that reflect Manchester’s rich history.

Spacious rooms and modern apartments


Native offers a range of accommodation types, from compact studios to spacious two-bedroom penthouses. All come with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas and stylish interiors, ideal for truly feeling at home in the city. I personally stayed in a double room on the first floor.


Double Room – Room for 1–2 guests with a double bed, bathroom and seating area or desk, modern industrial-style interior, without kitchenette. Approx. 27 m².

Studio Apartment – Compact apartment of 25–30 m² for 1–2 guests with double bed, seating area, bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for short city breaks.

One-Bedroom Apartment – Apartment of 40–50 m² for 2–3 guests with separate bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom, perfect for couples or small families.

Two-Bedroom Apartment – Spacious apartment of 60–70 m² for up to 4 guests with two bedrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom(s), suitable for families or friends.

Penthouse / Loft Apartment – Luxury penthouse of 80–100 m² for 4–6 guests with multiple bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen and often a balcony or terrace, ideal for longer stays or special occasions.


Tip: Book an apartment on a higher floor for more natural daylight and a more spacious feel. Some ground-floor rooms have less natural light, but are often more affordable and still a good size.
