Hoeve Roosbeek in Zepperen, Sint Truiden, in the Haspengouw Region, is a luxurious 4 star B&B in a restored farmhouse, in the middle of fields and fruit trees.
Hoeve Roosbeek has everything to offer what you expect for a weekend of slow travel. Trust me, you will have a wonderful experience. Cosy luxurious rooms, an outside terrace for drinks and nibbles and a comfy lounge and dining room area. Make sure to rent vespa's to tour around in the Haspengouw Region. We had a lovely stay in the Summer.
Dinner Hoeve Roosbeek
Dinner is amazing! I say again, amazing! We went for a six course dining menu (with pairing wines). If you were still unsure whether the Belgians know what they are doing in the kitchen. Well they certainly know how to cook an exuberant dinner. A monthly menu of seasonal dishes is offered.
Breakfast Hoeve Roosbeek
The next morning you wake up from the birds singing and the rooster crowing and a delicious breakfast is waiting for you in the dining area. Fresh baked bread, egg dishes, fruit; everything is there to get you ready for the day.
Wellness at Hoeve Roosbeek
Hoeve Roosbeek also offers a wellness center that is exclusively accessible for private use and has a small swimming pool, 2 saunas, a whirlpool and a steam bath. You can use these facilities for private use at an additional cost and upon prior reservation (which is highly recommended!).
